Overall, this is a good workout. Nice variety of exercises. Sometimes the the movements aren't caught which can be annoying at times. I got this on sale and for the value, this is great! Would highly recommend.
What's great about it: The workouts are good and a good variety.
What's not so great: Sometimes it doesn't always catch your movements which is sometimes a bit annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This game was supposed to be greatest thing since the fit at half the cost, Instead it's a head ache and a frustration to deal with. The leg band slides down your leg during vigorous activity and the you have to stop what your doing, pause the game , replace it, and then maybe you get another 5 minutes before it happens again. The game also does a bad job at detecting your movements a thus adding to the frustration. All in all you do get a good work out from this game (even if it is in anger management)
What's great about it: Good exercise game at half the cost of the Wii Fit
What's not so great: The leg band slides down your leg during exercise, and the game does not pick up on your movement so well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The active work out is fun and you can work out with a friend. It also adds work out games like tennis, baseball or boxing in between the sqats or the lunges etc. makes for a fun workout.

This is the first Wii game I bought since I got the game and I enjoy using it. You can setup different workouts or use the ones that are already setup. It keeps track of what you do, the calories, etc. and it's good for those of us who are not HUGE gamers, but enjoy some sort of workout.
What's great about it: Easy enough to use, nice graphics, good variety
What's not so great: Nothing yet
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Fun Exercise

I hate to exercise as much as most people but exercising like this is SOO much better than going to the gym or follow tv workouts. EA Active makes it more like a game and makes it fun. The big thing for me is that its helping me to get the discipline I need when it comes to exercises. It gives you enough to get your heart pumping with out going on to long and burning you out too soon. You can always add more to your routine to keep it going. I'm over half way through my first 30 day challenge and im not quitting! After watching what I eat the last month and exercising the last couple of weeks, Im already feeling a difference in how my jeans fit! Now THATS motivation!
What's great about it: The game is easy to set up and easy to follow.
What's not so great: nothing so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this because I am pregnant and need to start light workouts. This is an excellent product. It has a great variety of activities. my 8 year old son made his own profile, and is working out to it! i like how you can add the wii fit board if you have it. I enjoy customizing my workouts to include the activities I enjoy and to take out the running/walking. It is easier to go outside for a 10 minute walk then to walk in place in my living room!
What's great about it: most everything
What's not so great: wish I could change scenery, or even add my own music
I would recommend this to a friend!
