This is a great product. It gives you a good workout and a variety of options on what kind of workout you want to do. I chose the 30 day challege at a low intensity and towards the end of the workout my hamstrings were shaking, my left calve muscle was on the verge of cramping but I was so proud of myself that I wanted to have another go at it. I earned a bronze medal for the day and even passed my target for burned calories. Its very informative, motivating, and easy to learn. It even told me what to expect for the next workout that I am already looking forward to.

My only gripe is that the leg strap is tearing on the main part where the velcro is supposed to be fed through. I don't know if it was because I was wearing jean shorts but I was tightening the strap throughout my workout cause it kept slipping down and actually completely slipped off twice during my running exercise. I think if I use it again it will tear off completely and I've only used it the ONE TIME! I may be overweight but I'm not morbidly obese so I don't know if I just got a bum leg strap or what. Anyway, I can see myself trying to sew it to reinforce it or purchasing a new one after only 2 days. That sucks considering you need it for like half the exercises and what if the rest are just as poorly made?

What's great about it: Great workout, variety of workouts, fun to do, good music, lots of options

What's not so great: Leg strap tore after first use

Fun!

This product was very good for working out. After doing an exercise for 12 minutes I lost 68 calories. It is very straight forward, and easy for anyone to use. Even a young child will be able to follow the instructions to understand what to do. It was an awesome product, and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a fast and efficient workout.

What's not so great: nothing so far

Kicked my Butt!!!

Anybody that wants to lose weight and wants to start working out at home I highly suggest getting this game. I broke a sweat and can feel every muscle that I worked. I am starting the 30-day challenge and can't wait to see the results in 30 days. I like the fact that I can use the Wii board with it.

IF YOU WANT TO GET A GOOD WORKOUT AT HOME GET THIS GAME!!!!

What's great about it: It was easy to get started and makes you sweat

What's not so great: It needs more options for my character

Worth the $60

I'm not overweight and I'm a pretty active person, but this game did give me a serious workout, even on the 20 minute easy routine. I thought, 'honestly, how hard could it possibly be?" And really, it wasn't 'hard,' it just really makes you focus on your follow-through. It's easy to start slacking once you get a little tired but the game totally calls you on it.

I haven't gone through all of the routines, obviously, but there seem to be quite a variety, which is nice! It was definitely engaging enough that I could see myself sticking with it and looking forward to making time for a more rigid exercise routine.

What's great about it: Easy to follow, sturdy materials, challenging exercises

What's not so great: The 'reminders' can be a little annoying if you move too fast/slow for the exercise

Workout great, problem with leg band

The graphics on this game far exceed the graphics (and content) of the Jillian Michaels game. I have big thighs, product of genetics and weight, and the legband just barely fits. Hopefully after a month or two of working out with this the band will fit better. I used the easy setting and did the first day of the 30 day workout. Was sweating when it was done. I also wanted to try some of the other sports options, like dancing, volleyball and baseball. All of these were fun to try. I still have to experiment to get some longer running cardio. I have sore muscles this morning so I must have been doing something right. Will need to get the accessory pack to have a friend workout with me.

What's great about it: the program was easy to follow

What's not so great: one size does not fit all on the legband

I would recommend this to a friend!

EA Sports Active is no joke!!!

My daughter and I both worked out with this choosing two different workouts on Easy mode; I felt like I was going to buckle over considering that I was working my leg muscles (Lower body and Lung - Easy routine) to hard. I definitely felt it and the muscles were actually sore and fatigued afterwards. This is a great workout and I use it in conjunction with My Fitness Coach. The only downside is that it doesn't incorporate an Ab routine or Stretching; although, you do work your Abs with other excerises and sports like Tennis, Volleyball, Batting, and etc.

What's great about it: Good, quality workouts

What's not so great: Doesn't incorporate an Ab routine or Stretching

Great for Workouts

Had a fun time using it, burned a lot of calories, and really worked out. It is better than the regular wii fit. This actually has you work out. I love it!

What's great about it: It is a really fun game, it made me sweat a lot and I had only used it for about 20 mins.

What's not so great: The leg strap fell off a few times while running, just make sure you have it on pretty tight

I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing workout game

This game is amazing. It gives you directions on how to do all of the activities which makes it simple for beginners. The variety of exercises is better than Wii Fit. I would recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a good workout video game.

What's not so great: leg band slides easily and doesn't stay
