I picked this up yesterday and started working out on it today. I love it because it is a personal trainer it is so much cheaper than a professional one and you can use it in your own home and you can work at your own pace.
What's great about it: Everyting easy to use
What's not so great: Nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

This sports active workout for Wii is amazing.. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm not at optimal health, so when I tried this sports pack for just 12 minutes, I was sweating like crazy and I felt pain afterwards.. lol.. 20 to 30 minutes is all you need to get your exercise in.. It has a great tutorial for all of those novices out there like myself. If you can partner up with someone, that's even better, because he and/or she can be your motivator..
What's great about it: It really works you out, especially if your trying to get back in shape
What's not so great: No complaints
I would recommend this to a friend!

This workout is great, I don't have much time to go out running or whatever,being a working mother of two, but having this Active I can do everything at home, morning before kids wake up or even through out the day. Excellent!!!
What's great about it: Fun and easy to use
What's not so great: the strep falls sometimes

I really like the fitness program, it has lots of variety and good graphics. I was sweating after the first workout and was sore the next day. The only bad thing was the leg strap kept falling down my leg when I ran. I think it got looser because I had to keep putting the nunchuck in and out of the strap.
What's great about it: I like the variety and the clear instructions.
What's not so great: The leg strap falls off while running or jumping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wii.. It's not just for kids

If you aren't a kid any more but would like to have a program that tracks your weight and BMI while giving you great graphics and fun games to play while you get your exercise then Wii is for you. I started a week ago with Wii Fit and I still like it. I just bought the EA Sports Active today and it is an improvement over the Fit in that it puts you through the workout and you come out of the session sweating from the effort. It gives you feedback on how you are working out and I found myself running just a little faster.
What's great about it: The graphics and set up make it fun to workout
What's not so great: I started my program and was called away.. it was frozen when I returned - no big
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've tried other work out games and I would have to say this is the best one by far. Everyday of the 30 day challenge is different, you set your workout level or you can customize your own workout. The large variety of activities is amazing. This will have you sweating in no time.
What's great about it: Everything about WII Active is great
What's not so great: Nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nintendo has taken the cake with this game by far compared to the Wii fit. By incoporating a real person to show you step by step on how each movement should look. With your own personal preference on music and so many workouts with the option of a 30 day challenge you will be on your way to a healthy fit body in no time. I did have minor issues with the leg band falling but after i put on biker shorts I no longer had that issue.
What's great about it: Easy to set up right out of the box, fun, and a super workout
What's not so great: Still looking
I would recommend this to a friend!

personal trainer part is awesome. it was fun and i did 30 min and worked out muscels that i dont like the band and just used mine i like this more then the wii fir and the golds gym workout
What's great about it: i love that it has a 30 day workout
What's not so great: the band buy a diffrent one
