If you are looking for a game to lose some weight or simply get your lifestyle in shape this is the one for you. I got the game on release day and started at 230. A little overweight for a 5'11" guy. So I've been doing the 30 day work out (it has scheduled rests) and I am down to 215. I workout everyday an hour after breakfast and quickly saw results to my stomach. The only thing I use my wii fit for now is to weigh myself. Do this about an hour after each workout.

I promise, this is the one to work out on if you need a quick workout everyday.

What's great about it: Keeps you 'active'. And very addicting.

What's not so great: A little sticky sometimes during arm excersises.

I love this. I got this the day it came out. I used it the very next day and was o so sore. I'm doing better with it now. My 11 year old daughter and I work out together almost every two days. I'm doing the 30 day challenge its great. My goal is to get the balance board. But this game is great...

What's great about it: so far everything

What's not so great: the leg strap falls all the time

I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the best workout yet

I really really love this game. I have been working out on the WII Fit and Gold's Gym. When I started this one I really liked it. It takes the workout to a new level. I was 205 lbs 95 days ago. I am now 185. This is from watching what I eat, cutting back on portions, 30 minutes a day of Wii Fit, 15 minutes Gold's Gym and Now 30 minutes of Wii Active. I do about 45 minutes to 1 hour a night. I see such a difference in the workout and my weight. It really feels good to be happy about a workout.

What's great about it: It feels like you are really working every muscle in your body. And you can't cheat

What's not so great: I wish the nunchuk was wireless. When playing some of the games you can really get slapped in the face with the cord

THIS IS THE BEST!!!

This game is GREAT! It way surpasses the Wii Fit. It really feels like you have a personal trainier. I am seriously thinking about giving my Gym membership a break! It challenges you to complete the designated exercises and it counts your calories - I LOVE THIS GAME and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a challenge :)

What's great about it: worth the money

This Game is AWESOME!

This game is awesome! I bought it on thursday the 21, did about 30 mins the first excersise...My legs were burning!!!

Did a full hour on friday and now im doing a 30 day challenge, parts of my body are hurting that i didnt even know i could work out!

If you cant afford to go the gym every month, buy this!! Its worth the 2 month gym membership price!

What's great about it: You actually get a workout!

What's not so great: Resistance band could be a little more...resistant...

I would recommend this to a friend!

Best buy for you Wii Fit WOW

I purchased this the day it came out! this game is awesome. I did the first 30 day workout and I tell you I sweat like crazy from the running, the boxing, the inline skating down to the the side lunges... You really feel the burn and the bicep curls and tricep workout does tone you up...now just looking to put a routine together.. this combined with my membership at 24 hour will help me keep off the weight! now the bad is the nunchuk you have to keep pulling it out then back in the holder.. ugh. then the leg strap you have to really fasten tight or else it will fall and loosen. Overall this is a must buy the amount of activities on top of you can actually use your balance board you cannot go wrong Good job EA and good job Best buy for carrying this item!

What's great about it: you sweat and feel sore the next day

What's not so great: the leg strap and nunchuk

LOVE IT!!!

I have had the Wii fit for a while and found it to be too choppy in the workout. You always had to pick something, do it, go back, pick something else, do it. Not with EA Active, this is great. I am not a huge exercise buff and so I needed something that keeps it real and interesting but moving along so I don't get bored. This is it! My husband got it for me for Mother's Day because he heard me talking about it and I am liking it a lot. My 5 year old was working out with me (he thinks the inline skating is cool!). My biggest con is one I found out the hard way. I had gotten up before work and was going to do a work out but ran out of time and did not finish, I lost my progress and did not get credit for what I had done. I guess that is made to encourage you to finish but I was bummed that I did not get any credit for what I had done. I am getting up earlier tomorrow morning so I don't lose out and can finish.

What's great about it: Surpasses Wii Fit with variety and realistic circuit training workout

What's not so great: Can't stop a preset workout if something interupts you and you lose your progress

I would recommend this to a friend!
