Works up a sweat

got this one to tide me over until I pick up Wii Fit next month, and found it easy to use, even without the balance board (though you'll wan the balance board eventually to take advantage of the whole gam). Even with the basic wii controls I was able to work up a sweat. The punches are probably not up to a real gold's trainer's snuff - would be nice to have wii boxing gloves - but if a cardio workout is what you're after, just follow the exercises, exaggerate them a little, and you do pretty well. Lets you unlock levels pretty easily which for someone as out of shape as i am is encouraging.
What's great about it: easy to use, engaging
What's not so great: would be nice to have more than one type of exercise to start
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this game. My husband and I are new to the Wii and this was one of our first games to buy. We love it. Great work out and a lot of fun to play.

Best Wii game I have purchased yet. Was looking for something to use with my Wii Balance Board, and have been soo happy with this game. While the Wii Fit game is great for toning, it doesn't have a lot of great cardio workouts. This game, however, is WONDERFUL if you need to tone and do some cardio. I've already convinced 3 friends to purchase it and they love it as well.
What's great about it: Fun, lots of variety, really great workout, great price
What's not so great: music selection during workouts
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a very fun game, and you get a great workout playing it. It really makes you sweat but its fun to do. I have lost 12 pounds so far since I got it and that is pretty much all I do to work out. You should deffinatly buy this game.
What's great about it: Fun, good workout!
What's not so great: nothin

I have been using the Wii Fit for a couple of months now and the boxing in that game is horrible (to slow) but that's where this game picks up. After about 10 minutes, I am sweating!
What's great about it: Gets you sweating!
What's not so great: jump roping

The wii fit was good for starters but the cardio workout will make you workout even harder than the WII fit. After 10 minutes, you will sweat. I recommend this product to anyone.
What's great about it: Good price, easy to setup and workout

great workout. It has different levels and it guides you as you are doing the workouts. Like at the gym. It measures you performance and wont let you move on if you dont perform good. so basically it lets you know how you are doing in the workout.
What's great about it: it gives you an intense work out/
What's not so great: I loved everything about it.
