I like printer except for high ink usage

I am not entirely satisfied because I get less than 500 pages of printing. I have to change a cartridge before I open a new ream of papaer

When I opened the cartoon the cartridge felt empty but I opened the out side packaging and the removed the arm just before inserting into the machine, The cartridge started leaking and then I was lucky I had a waste basket handy after a few drops it stopped and I inserted to the copier. There was nothing in the cartridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ink leak out when cap was removed.Cleaned up mess and installed cartridge.Black does not work at all.

This is the second time we have received a defective black 920 XL ink cartridge. When we remove the orange cap prior to installing, ink runs out on your hands and clothes, and the cartridge is useless.We feel a replacement cartridge is in order.
The colored 920 cartridges have always been trouble free.

The cartridge is easy to remove and load in my HP Officejet 6500. With this XL I have to change out less freqently.
I received my package of ink cartriages on time and as always in good shape!
