I purchased a larger usage black ink cartridge and it hasn't printed one copy for me...troubleshooting hasn't worked ...next alternative return the product !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They said if it happened again I would have to send back to you - very inconvenient.

Ink That Last A Long Time

Buying the XL cartridge is a good investment. It really last a lot longer than buying the non-XL version. This may just be a fluke, by the quality seems to be a bit better with the XL cartridge also.
