Good performance!

I have never had a problem with this product. My only criticism is the price! I would rather pay a higher price for an HP printer which is durable rather than pay an exorbitant price for ink that is consumable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In the past ink cartridges have worked well immediately. However, this cartridge didn't work at all after installation. I had to do a second-level cleaning, wasting ink from my color cartridges, before it would work normally

The last cartage did not last as long as the others have. I am a creator of textbooks and rely heavily on a working printer

The feature that indicates when the cartridge is empty is always in error. The cartridge always lasts almost twice after the indicator says it is time to change. I know this is in your best interests, but is certainly not in the customers best interest.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the idea of not having to run out of ink all the time, also the XL are cheaper then buying 2 regular, so what's not to like
