So Easy

I ordered the 920XL black officejet ink cartridge and received it the next day, All I had to do was open the package, followed the directions, slip out the old one, slip in the new one and shut my printer and it was working great. Easy Squeezie. I would highly recommend this to all. From the ones who are computer savvy, to those of us who are computer challenged. Order with confidence.

The last two cartridges I purchased would not print after they reached half full. I was not able to use all of the ink.

I love the ease of ordering, the speed of receiving the product and the quality of the product. My ink cartridges last over a year before having to replace. Also, like the convenience of the return envelope for the used cartridges.

I really like this product because I like the number of pages you can print with it. It is quality ink in a larger quantity and that is one of the reasons why I buy it all the time.

The print quality is above reproach, however, the life of the product is not what I expect. I'm not getting the appropriate numbers of prints using a HP Officejet 6500A and the 920XL Black. I won't change because of this however as the print quality is just perfect..

Stop Working.

I put the 920XL cartridge in and about halfway though the ink it stop working. I had to put another cartridge in. This is the first time that has ever happen to me with HP cartridges (of any color I ordered). I know the off brands or refills do that. That is why I buy HP new cartridge's. I just chalked it up to a loss since this only happen one time.
