Every time you introduce a new printer it requires more cartridges which cost more in the long run and yet doesnt seem to yeild as much print.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your HP 920XL High Yield Black Ink Cartridge as it is not accepted by HP Officejet 6500A e-All-in-One Printer. Please follow the guidelines in this document to fix this issue: http://bit.ly/2E85Iga If this does not resolve the problem I would recommend contacting HP Support: http://hp.care/2nbNQFi Note that you will need to provide the Warranty Ends date of the cartridge. You can find the warranty end date on the cartridge itself.

ink did not last only used half it quit printing
