LOVE MY PRINTER. USING THE XL PRODUCT GIVES YOU MORE INK AND THEREFORE LAST A LONG TIME. I ALWAYS USE HP CARTRIDGES ON ALL MY PRINTERS

HP 920XL Yellow Officejet Ink Cartridge

My printer is relatively new but I am already on my third yellow cartridge because the other two failed before running out of ink. The message was along the lines of "The yellow cartridge is damaged". At one stage an HP rep told me that my printer was malfunctioning and I needed to buy a new one - I cleaned the cartridge and soaked the jet area in warm water for a couple of minutes, replaced it and it worked for another few weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The yellow cartridge was defective and leaked all over my desk and printer. I had to go out and purchase another cartridge.

920 XL YELLOW makes me :(

I still feel there is something wrong with the yellow or it is not being filled all the way or something........your products overall seem to be not up to great standards..........I have had t order more yellow again even after just ordering one day previoous and I ordered double...not really fair or right but I have to have it for this printer and I must have it to work so..............I am not happy about the money going out for ink when I am still only getting about 20 pages out of yellow...that is a FAR cry from 700 XL should be getting...........even if I printed in nothing BUT yellow.....I should get several hundred.............not 20..................

I have had HP Products for all of my Computers and Printers accept for one Laptop. I find them to be the best for my money an for service.

I like the idea of not having to run out of ink all the time, also the XL are cheaper then buying 2 regular, so what's not to like
