[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ink cartridge quickly, safely packaged and delivered, and am able to print without exporting the work to the printer via thumbdrive or remote print command--and there's nothing like being able to have the product when and where I need it. The "return" envelope enclosed with the package was especially thoughtful in case there was a problem with the order. The whole issue was handled responsively, economically, and personally/professionally. I appreciate all of that!

Bought this a week ago and it was in my heand the next day after I ordered it. My printer ask me to update my printer and when I pushed on the botton, it told me I didn't have approval to get my updates. Be nice to be able to keep my printer running properly if I could get the updates needed.
