Lacking Functionality

having experience with previous Garmin units, this unit is woefully lacking
in simple functionality. i.e. connecting power cord to mount, so when you snap unit into mount it is connected to power, not having to fumble around with
heavy , cumbersome, power cord. Lacking street detail (street names).
Compared to previous Garmin unit, Very disappointing!!!
What's great about it: big wide screen picture
What's not so great: display info. ,power hook-up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this about 3 weeks ago, works great. Finds satalites right away with out any issues. I only paid $160 as it was on sale so it was worth the money. Highly recommend this product.

I got exactly what I wanted, and some extra features too. It is easy to use and fun too. It has a "Less Fuel" option and a vehicle profile to calculate fuel efficiency and cost. I use it everyday and it only took me a few minutes to figure it out.
What's great about it: Wide screen, has a "Less Fuel" option and a vehicle profile to calculate fuel efficiency and cost. I use it everyday.
What's not so great: Has a large cord. It does not have a USB included to charge with computer, but is standard size input.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good GPS but typing is little difficult

Gets you to destination which is good but typing address takes time. you go to press a letter and it types the letter next to that one. Overall good GPS especiallt traffic aviod feature.

Decent product for the money

The product is a little cranky with regard to picking up the satellites, particularly when I needed it in mid-town for a recent day trip. Further, I later used the Attractions search feature to locate Nassau Coliseum, but it wasn't able to find it. Overall, it seems to do what it's supposed to, but I'd like it to be more consistent. This is my first GPS, so it may be that all of them work similarly.
What's not so great: Doesn't perform consistently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the price - good deal

Free traffic for life (not as accurate as pay for service but it's free). Overall much like the one I replaced only issue is the touch sreen buttons seem to be a bit more touchy - i.e., have to touch and delay to make it select that letter.

What's not so great: Traffic updates not always timeely - touch screen
