This GPS is really great with its affordable price. It makes me happy when I need to drive. I would recommend this to those who need a good navigator while having limited budget.

We bought this because we were moving from IL to AZ. I love it! It was so easy to use and so accurate. It rerouted you perfectly when it had to, it rerouted to get around traffic. Never once did we miss a beat on our roadtrip!

This is a decent navigator at a good price. It has yet to fail me like like other reviewers have said (if that changes, I'll let you know). The traffic feature is ok, but I haven't found it exceptionally helpful except being able to see how far the traffic stretches in front of you. Sometimes there is no traffic and other times it points out that there is traffic ahead as you pull to a stop on the interstate (thanks for the update). It does let you know about how long you will be delayed, which has proven to be accurate on most occasions. I was able to upload all speed and stop light cameras in Maryland from a POI website and now I'm alerted each time I approach one with a "bing" sound. I suppose that may have saved me from a few unwelcome tickets, so it's paid off. It's on sale, it's cheap and it works (for me). I recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, qwerty keyboard (unlike my other Garmin), ability for traffic camera alerts.
What's not so great: The traffic could be better, but it can be useful. You only get one year of map updates for free. You'll pay after that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Nuvi 255WT does what you would expect from a basic GPS.
Maps load quickly, easy to use and the QWERTY keyboard option is a big improvement over older models.
What's great about it: Value for the price

I love this GPS. It is easy to use and has a good size screen. I might add a few features like a repeat button for voice directions, a clock on the map section, and perhaps a couple other minor things, but overall it is an excellent value.
What's great about it: Easy to use, good value, love the detour option...

My wife and I have used the Garmin nüvi 255WT GPS for almost a month now. We have moved to a new state where the Garmin nüvi 255WT GPS has come in very helpful. It is easy to use and has great features. It shows the speed limit, traffic updates, and has many other great features. It also has long lasting battery life with the ability to be a moble GPS. My only con with the Garmin nüvi 255WT GPS is that in big cities it seems like the GPS can get confused with tall buildings and bridges. Overall, this is a great GPS at a great price and I would recommend this product to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to use, long lasting battery life, great features at a great price!
What's not so great: GPS can get confused with tall buildings and bridges

I Broke my 780 NUVI I bought this one, it works very good.
The voice is a little down so I have to turn off my music to listen to it
other than that it is very easy to set up once you updated.
What's great about it: Price was right
What's not so great: Low on volume
