Don't buy it

Well first of all the game comes with two discs and one of them is the halo 3 multiplayer and the second disc is the game. I spent $60 on a game i beat in five hours on legendary. You would think bungie would put a little time into the graphics ,but they didn't i thought i was playing a ps2 game. It had probably the worst ending ever as well. So please don't waste your money on this horrible game.
What's great about it: Nothing at all
What's not so great: Can't list all the reasons
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your looking for a fun, exciting, awesome game that has a bang for your 60 bucks, get modern warefare 2, halo 3 odst isnt very good, fire fight is ok, but its not duel weild, which sucks. story is good but short.
What's great about it: fire fight, story
What's not so great: short, price, easy

maybe if you are 10 years old and dont care about sub par graphics you will like this game, the multiplayer is quite possible the weakest of all games out there, Modern warfare 2 is coming out, and rules compared to this....
if you want shooters, here are some of the better ones...

bad company, a favorite of mine.

one very awesome video game and i beat this video game in 2 seconds or less on the most most diffacult level on the game and that would be legendary this video game seriously rocks from begining to end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! halo rocks my socks off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: new charecters new storyline a whole new game for the halo universe
What's not so great: it looks too short and to easy to beat on legendary

What's great about it: its my kind of moey
What's not so great: well i personally know who made the game, its just one after another, its like a bug that wont go away, oh ya weeoooowee

I rated all 3's beacuse who knows how amazing this game is gonna be[other than testers] the graphics look nice keeping with the halo theme the new Hud looks really cool and thire giveing a whole new experience now other being the super man Master cheif you play as a sorta regular human thats an ODST[Orbiral Drop Shock Trooper i do beleve] and they are makeing the game more realistic you could say with health packs and what not. hey are also adding the Halo 3 multiplayer to all copies wich has all the halo 3 maps on it including the 3 comeing out so people whe dont have Halo 3 can play the multilpayer[no campahin mode] i dont know about if you get eny of the unlockable armor with the disk i doubt it[probley have to unlock it yourself] but the person below me said Halo was unrealistic full ow 5 year olds and to play Cod 4 or somthing. Halo was never ment to be a super realistic game just a fun 1st person with some amazing artwork on guns. and Odst itself has no pultiplayer except i think Fire fight witch is just basicley a horde mode were you fight hordes of enemies that will progresovley get tuffer like Horde mode in GW2
What's great about it: So far everything
What's not so great: so far nothing but we will see

Like most complaints written in previous reviews, this game is nothing but a scam. Bungie has seriously damaged their reputation in selling this game. Bought the game amid the big hype, rushed to bestbuy, picked up the game, brought it home, played it, and the only thing that I could think of, was wow! I got screwed. After not playing the game for a few days, hoping I would have a change of heart, about the way I thought about the game, I still stood by my first conclusion, This game sucks, and OMG! where did my $60 go? Aftrer a couple weeks, I had a brilliant idea. I thought why dont I turn the game in? I could have turned the game in, but I would not have gotten back nearly what I put into it. Yah, this game is that bad. I guess the moral of the story is to rent before you buy.
PS: Modern warfare 2 is definately worth the $60
What's great about it: well, if you need to get rid of some cash, bungie will take it from you!!!!
What's not so great: spending $60 on a game worth $20 dollars brand new!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This game was not what it could have been. it was fun during the campaign for the first 4 times played. firefight was fun but there was not alot to do with it.

What's not so great: Everything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
