This is really stable. It doesn't even sit flat because of the dash and it still doesn't move. I bought because the windshield mounts are too far of a reach and I am not disappointed.

I bought Garmin GPS, it comes with the window mount, but it had dropped twice during the trip, so I backed to Best Buy to get this one, it works better than the small mount on the window. However, I hope Garmin can keep develop new designs to fit all type of car's panels.
