Went on a road trip with a new gps. I didn't want to use the windshield mount as the new cars are so slanted that it would be too far to reach and see. Put it on the dash and it stayed put.

Bought this as an alternative to the window mount but after getting cut off in traffic resulting in hard braking I’ll be return this mount. GPS flew off dash so the window mount is a more secure and free option.
