Okay tv mount once installed

Bought this to mount my 55" samsung on the wall. Well there are special spacers that go with Samsung tvs and longer screws too. Since I wanted the tv as close as possible to the wall I placed the spacers above the the bracket that mounts to the back of the tv which makes the bracket closer to the wall.....Well that brings the head of the screw also further out and closer to the part of the bracket that hooks to the wall plate that is mounted to the wall. Leaves little room if any to "hook" your tv and basically you need to slide your tv down with force to catch the top hooks and get them to catch without the head of the screws getting in the way. I was able to mount finally but was a bit clumsy and scary. Obviously there are issues with Samsung Tvs or Sanus would not have packed in special instructions (mentioning not to use the provided washers) and to use the longer screws provided. Still needs to be better communication between Sanus and the TV manufacturers.
Happy it is up and done but a frustrating installation.

I had a limited vertical space to mount my UHD Samsung 50". After the third try I got the vertical and horizontal leveling correct. Not what I would call user friendly and I'm an average carpenter. The problem lies in the non-centered bracket attaching to the rear of the TV near the top one-third of the TV I had purchased. There should be a web available description of the vertical clearance (from top edge of TV) required to mount a specific brand and model of TV purchased.
Pros: Good Quality
Cons: Difficult to Use

This is overpriced in my opinion. I've bought tilting and pull out mounts for far less. This item was a gift so I wouldn't of bought it. It sits too close to the wall. So hard to get to the back even with the help of the pull downs.

Bought this mount for a new Samsung 75" LED. Super easy instructions and template system made installation a breeze. Had tv up in 25 minutes! It's simple without a lot of bells and whistles but sometimes there's art in simplicity! Thanks Sanus!

Screws too long or too short..

Bought this today and was having trouble trying to install it to the TV luckily I came here looking for help only to see alot of others have had the issue aswell.. awesome having a brand new TV I can't even set up now

Worked until we tried to mound the bars into the tv. Either too long or too short. Tomorrow I will have to go and buy some washers as spacers.

LG QLED. g4 77”. Hardware problem

Furnished hardware did not fit my LG QLED. g4 77”. I had to find longer 6MM bolts x 35 mm long
