Towards the beginning og the campaign on one of the levels where you run through the mall with the russians, at that point i knew this game was special.
What's great about it: Pushes the limits of right and wrong, controversial subject matter, awesome
What's not so great: campaign was too short, lack of online jungle/ woodsy levels
I would recommend this to a friend!

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

This is one of the most intense first person shooter experiences you will ever have. The campaign mode is awesome, as is the on-line experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this when it first came out. Figured I would wait until i got to play the whole game to submit my review. The campaign is better than COD4, the online play is awesome. More customization of character than COD4. The boards for the most part are unique and fun. There is one board that is pointless and thats wasteland, but the rest rock (You can go into the plane at the airport and shoot it up from seat 11A).
If you liked COD4, this is a must have!
What's great about it: The campaign is fun, very interesting, love the snowmobile. But online play is what this game is about!
What's not so great: At first the Online play didn't work, but they fixed it and works great now (PS3)
I would recommend this to a friend!

great multi-player game

if you were a fan of the first modern warfare, then you'll love the second one. it's all about the multi-player. there are more perks and more weapons, it's easier to level up and there are plenty of customizing choices. the special ops missions are really fun to tackle with a friend.
the solo campaign is rather short, but fun. unfortunately, locating all of the intel pieces doesn't unlock anything as it did in the first modern warfare. still, this is a great game and worth picking up.
What's great about it: multi-player, special ops
What's not so great: short solo campaign
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the greatest game there is. My life outside of this game is only a temporary distraction. If I could sit around, all day, playing this game, I would do so taking a break only when Modern Warfare 3 comes out.
What's great about it: Online, online, online, online, online
What's not so great: Price

Although the storyline is kinda lame, the online multiplayer portion is the best of the "Call of Duty" series. Lots of maps are available and the perks and weapons are outstanding.

Great game, love to play it. Please fix the online spec ops so I can play with my other friends who bought this game for that specific reason.
What's great about it: Online multi player rules, and game graphics are insane
What's not so great: Two player spec ops are not working
I would recommend this to a friend!
