...so I'm not gonna rant and rave about it.
It's the only game in which I enjoy the Campaign as much as Multiplayer. With Halo, I never even played through the campaigns; but with the MW series, i find myself playing through multiple times. Why? Because it's exciting!
I'm not even really a gamer-- I buy 2 or 3 games a year. I waited in line for this one, and was not happy about it. After playing it, I'd wait in line for 12 hours to have it.
What's great about it: Campaign, Multiplayer
What's not so great: Makes other games suck
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best FPS game!

I was a big fan of COD4 and never even got to play COD WOW b/c I was still playing COD4 when WOW came out. When I heard COD MWF2 was coming out, I refrained from playing WOW to wait for MWF2. They def added features that should have been in COD4. Having the ability to join your friends game was such a must. I remember trying to coordinate w/my friends on COD4 and it was a pain! Though I'm not sure if it's an option but when you're playing w/your buddies, you end up on different sides randomly. It would be nice to keep everyone in your party on the same team. But not a big deal.
But about the game, I love most of the maps except for one or two. I hope developers will provide even better maps in months to come. The additional maps that were avail for COD4 weren't so good IMO.
I love pretty much everything about this game, graphics, game play, weapon selections, the perks, custom kill streaks, challenges, etc are on point. And I'm just referencing ONLINE play. I honestly haven't played a campaign on a FPS since Resistance. I've played Special Ops on MWF2 and that's pretty fun too!
Best FPS I've played to date. 3 weeks in release and I have 1 day, 16 hrs of online time. SAD yes but oh SO fun!
What's great about it: Customized kill streaks, Multi-Perks, Awesome Maps, Weapons Selection, & joining your friends game (PS3)
What's not so great: Ability to keep your friends on your side of the team during online play (unless I'm missing something)
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far this is the best of them all from the first Call of Duty.
Awesome gameplay and the response is excellent.
What's great about it: The Realistic of sniping.....surprise attack
What's not so great: nothing to compare

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is one of the best games to come out this year. i hope that it receives the honor game of the year just like Call of Duty 4 did
What's great about it: Fun to play and if you unable to get online there are plenty other featues to make up for it
What's not so great: Cannot find fault with this game
I would recommend this to a friend!

The great graphics and the surround sound put you right in the middle of the action. At the Airport I felt like had to brush the broken glass off of me at the end of the objective. You may want to put on a winter coat for the arctic scenes, because it is that realistic. You may want to have a seat belt when riding the snowmobiles or you might fall out of your chair. Its a real blast!!!!
What's great about it: You feel like you are right there!
I would recommend this to a friend!

when this game came out i had to get it, and now that i play through everything i got to say its a well design game every detail its awesome. i like the fact they put the special opcs thing really fun and when yo don't want to play the special opcs thing you could play online which its even better. overall best game of the year for me.
What's great about it: good story, overall gameplay: excellent
What's not so great: story kinda short but nothing bad
I would recommend this to a friend!
