awesome if you can get away from hackers

super fun, great weapons...but there are sooooooo many cheaters
i get into a hacked room at least twice a week, so if you can deal with all the cheaters on this then it is awesome...or if your a cheater this should be easy for you to be like everyone else because it is apparent the console and game makers either can't keep up or just don't care
What's great about it: everything is great
What's not so great: all the cheaters
I would recommend this to a friend!

this game is great. You can easily lose track of time with this game and you'll never be board.
What's great about it: A lot of maps and a lot of challenges and achievments to complete so you'll allways be doing something
What's not so great: cancells out of a match every once in a while
I would recommend this to a friend!

MW2 is the best first person shooting game. it can get very addicting! the "quickscoping" in it can get annoying, but its still a fun game!
I would recommend this to a friend!

There's nothing else I can really add to this that hasn't been said ad nauseum. This game is beyond amazing. I have played "Call of Duty: World at War", "Modern Warfare", and "Modern Warfare 2". Each game was better than the preceding. Modern Warfare 2 was so action-packed and riveting from start to finish. The graphics are out of this world. I could never put this game down. No other PS3 games have kept me glued to my PS3 like the COD series. The only bad/negative part of this game, was the fact that it ended. I was almost devastated when the game ended. I couldn't believe that it. I was like, "This game has to go on... there has to be more". As others have noted, the story in this installment was shorter than others, but it's by now means a reason to pass on this game. I can not wait for "Black Ops". I feel like a kid again waiting to open his presents on Xmas morning. This will be the best $60 you'll ever spend.
What's great about it: Graphics, Storyline, Action
What's not so great: Nothing really other than the game was a bit short but that's nitpicking
I would recommend this to a friend!

cant be beat by another COD to date. couldnt complain about the price and the quality was excellent.

This game is great. It is a lot of fun. I only have one complaint about it and that is on offline multiplayer I was on level 60 and my data got coruppted and I was mad about it. It has happened to me a couple times, but I think it is my ps3. It is a lot of fun. Just don`t play it for days on end. I have completed campaign on all the difficulitites and enjoyed doing it. It is a great game to buy and do not think twice about buying it.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Modern Warfare 2 is a great game, I have it for my ps3. the one bad thing about it is that if you are playing online it lags up and sometimes kicks you out of the party that you are in. The single player is good, there is one level where you are among terrorists and you kill innocent people. You can choose to skip that round if you want. If you are new to these games, I would suggest waiting until November 9, that is when Call of Duty Black Ops comes out. So, if you are new, there is a setting where you can get used to online play, plus the story mode will be good too.
What's great about it: Easy enough to set up, good difficulty options
What's not so great: Lags online sometimes, shorter story mode
I would recommend this to a friend!
