Good Unit

Much lighter than the previous model. Easiest battery installation ever on an APC. This should be standard for all future models.
Con: Power button is recessed making it difficult to power off/on the unit. Hopefull it will be corrected in future models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up and get going

This seems so far to be a real life saver. It is easy to set up, run, register. I hope when the time comes it works. I am worried about down time. We get hit alot hear with outages, for short bursts- this will help me keep working

Why No MacOS Software

Note my Windows computer was cremated (natural death). I upgraded to MacOS Mojave. Shocked that Power Shut doesn't or I cannot locate a MacOS software download. Product is still plugged in and I just left with a Black Box I hope is functioning and all is great.

Versatile and Easy to Setup

This is a tidy, easy to set up, no-muss piece of equipment. Instructions are straight forward and almost impossible to botch. Be aware this unit is a little longer than you'd think - the power cord isn't terribly flexible.
The LCD panel is remarkably informative at a glance and the capabilities are surprisingly robust. This unit is tending to Mac Pro with large displays and is probably running at less than 80% capacity, even under load.
A valuable add to my office - equipment is now secure from potentially damaging surges/outages.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Purchase

This is not my first APC product and it is a great update for the quite old lower power unit it is replaceing. Now I can put all the equipment in my setup into one power source and have complete power protection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great UPS as usual

Like the front panel display showing info and load. software no longer included and unable to download due to server restriction, but not really needed. 10 plugs in back was more than needed but nice to have the option
