We have had this printer for the last couple of years and it has worked very well and been maintenance free. It is a perfect printer for home office use and print colour photos quite well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. Excellent print in both black and color. I like using Epson printers because I like using continuous ink supply (CIS) kits.

I have had the Artisan 50 for less than a week, it seems to do every thing I want. I was unable to use the disc that was provided to download the system into my Mac OSX but I was able to download it in by internet help from Epson customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very pleased with the product. Color photographs are excellent. Performance is far better than my previous printer, the Epson Photo R200. The latter served me well for several years, but the photo printing was in no way comparable to the Artisan 50.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Delivery almost yielded a bad review

Upon downloading the software and trying to install the ink cartridges, the ink carriage was stuck. I realized the printer could have been dropped during delivery. After a little tinkering, not only did the printer work well, I was able to use an adapter I purchased for the printer and achieved good results!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received my Epson Artisan 50 today and it was a breeze to set up. I bought it mostly to print CD labels for my small business. It worked perfectly on the very first CD, and the design software was easy to learn and use. I give it an A+. I got tired of trying to calibrate my other printer to print "stick on" cd labels. My other printer is a WorkForce 845 and its a keeper too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer because it has the capability to print directly on CDs and DVDs, which has been disappearing in other printer lines. It seems to do that job fine, and has so far handles all my other printing needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!
