What I expected from Epson

I have been using Epson printer for many years and have always been happy with their performance. The 50 has not let me down. It does just what I wanted, no frills, get the job done printer. I do a lot of photos and I am pleased with the prints. And contrary to reports of bad ink usage, I am pleased with it output and usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Artisan printer works very well, excellent 4x6 prints and very fast. the 8x10 black and white prints are very clear and very fast also.

What a Machine! Epson Artisan 50

The Epson Artisan 50 is one amazing machine. I bought it to print labels directly to CDs/DVDs and it is fantastic! I am quite satisfied by the results and how fast it prints. It's quiet and all the parts fit together and work flawlessly. Did I say I'm impressed? This is much more than I expected. Great Value.

Superb for Printing on CDs and DVDs

I had a requirement for printing excellent images and titles on CDs and DVDs that contained photo files that I shoot for customers. I knew that LightScribe would not provide what I wanted. Therefore, I looked at reviews of inkjet printers that would satisfy my requirements. I quickly concluded that the Epson Artisan 50 would give me the best bang for the buck. I have had the need to only produce a handful of CDs so far and the Artisan 50 has done them all without wasting a single CD. By the way, I used the Epson Store to purchase the printer and a few days later a backup set of inkjet cartridges. Both orders and deliveries were correct and speedy.

Artisan 50 More Than An Artists Printer

I bought this printer to replace my aging Epson CX4600, and as an artist I was very interested in the quality of the output highly recommended by CNET. They are correct and as an artist I can attest to the fact that color is brilliant. The speed of the printer is phenomenal.
Epson's superior customer service says it all. When you buy this or any printer from Epson you have a partner for life. My kids enjoy the new quality of papers they do for school and I can output museum quality artwork on the same printer.

Perfect replacement for my Epson R220

When my Epson R220 printer finally gave out. I did not know what to do to get a replacement of the same quality.
Most stores offer a lot of multifunction printers. I am not interested in a copy printer, a fax printer or multipurpose printers. I wanted to spend my money on a quality printer that would get me the best printer for my money.
I do a lot of photography and detail and quality are important to me. My new Epson Artisan 50 is the quality printer that I had hoped for. I checked reviews on other printers as well as the Artisan 50 before purchasing and felt comfortable buying this one. I would definately recommend this printer for anyone wanting a quality printer for photos.

This is my fourth epson printer and the quality on all is fantastic. It is easy to use and gives very good quality. The epson editing software that comes with it is easy to use and very good.
