Excellent Camera

I love this camera. I have used that for more than a year and I am really satisfied. It's the best camera I ever had. Long life battery, amazing zoom and magnific video HD. I just got an EOS T3i and I will keep this one tto because is easy to cary and the quality of the pictures is the best. Almost PRO.
Pros: timelapse, zoom, hd video, long life battery, good flash, amazing night capture, tough construct

Shutter delay spoils otherwise great camera

Were it not for the very long shutter delay (especially indoors) I would give the camera an overall 4.5 rating. The image quality is very good and the zoom is terrific for a compact camera. The programmable features are excellent for an amateur photographer like me.
Pros: Nice features/settings, excellent image quality, Lightweight/Portable, zoom
Cons: shutter delay
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sold. Best camera I've ever bought. I still have much to learn, but that is fun too. Not disappointed at all

XS200 IS is an excellent camera.

I have read many of the other reviews and agree with most all of the positive comments. This camera has an incredible amount of features packed into a small package. It will take a little while to familiarize yourself with all of the cameras unique characteristics....but once you do....you will have a compact yet incredibly versatile and powerful tool at your disposal.

If you want a complete review of these and other products search for digital camera review and compare. It's a solid, better-than-average performer in most respects, with great zoom range, wide-ranging control options to please everyone from novices to enthusiasts, a lucid interface, 720p video capture, and decent construction.
Pros: good battery life, Nice features/settings, excellent image quality, durable, Lightweight/Portable, Simple controls/menu, easy to use, firmware upgradable (raw compatible)

The sx200is is a great camera it has all the features I need, the battery life is excellent, the zoom lens is great. I have no regreats about buying this camera.

Have used this camera inside & outdoors. Easy to use, great photo's and easy to download to TV or printer for viewing and printing.

This is a beautiful, comfortable and powerful camera. I observed only one design downside that is the turn up flash mechanism. This is not affecting the picture quality, but, in most times, while we hold the camera to take a picture, our fingers will prevent the arising of flash. Because of the position of flash is in the holding area of camera. Except this, the camera is 100% satisfactory for the money value.
