Works great and bullet proof!! Shoots great video we use it a lot to record wrestling matches.

Very poor performance over-rules all else. I like the size and TV controller. It plays games ok. But performance is terrible. Screen response is frustrating! I touch the screen and nothing happens. Touch the screen again, repeat. Finally all accumulated touches scroll by like the thing is possessed! Processor is painfully slow. Wi-fi does not respond at all to weak or marginal signals. This tablet is fine as a toy, not serious use.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, s l o w, poor touch response

Great Design, Last Year's Specs

I bought the Tab 3 because of its IR blaster, I wanted to use it as a universal remote.
I love the physical design of the tablet. It is small, light and easy to fit in one hand.
The tech specs are another story. The CPU and screen would be great about 2 years ago. The screen resolution is awful compared to similarly priced tablets that are currently available. The Tab 3 is snappy enough, but I've noticed about a 3 second lag when I press the Home button.
I have another tablet that I purchased last summer, it cost less, performs better, and has a much nicer screen. Too bad Samsung couldn't blend the performance of that tablet with the design of the Tab 3.
Pros: ir blaster
Cons: Not high def, laggy performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE my galaxy! It works really well. And I have soooooooo much fun playing on it. I also like how light it is, and how easy it is to hold it in your hand. Really easy to play games because it fits right in your hand Overall a really good tablet.

Very nice tablet but a little slow

The tab is a very well designed small tablet with a very nice feature set. The performance could be better. It is a little slow but I am a sure the future Samsung tab will have an updated processed and will be a real competitor. However you cannot beat the price of the tab 3. This little tablet is by far one of the best values.
