samsung makes a very good product my galaxy tab is so good i can many things on it foe example check my email listen to music take pictures and video .it also comes with so many apps.i could go on and on but i going to keep it short and sweet.to the people at samsung great job.i also have your televison and stove love it.thank you

Great product at a fair price

This tablet will not replace my laptop or desktop computer, and I knew that when I got it. It is great for playing games, watching movies, pictures, etc. I get as much or more use out of this then my mother and wife get out of there I pads.
The only issue i have, which I have with most tablets is there is only one USB/Charging port, so you can not connect a USB key board and flash drive and charge , you can only do one thing at a time.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, compatibility, tv remote app
Cons: only one usb/charging port

Never purchase a Samsung Tab again!

I purchased my seven inch tab in December 2013. It is now October/2014. My tablet is completely nonfunctional. I tried to charge it and the charge icon no longer appears. My tablet is completely dead and useless. I tried to file a repair request and that is frustrating and futile. The page I was completing would not let me erase the incorrect serial number and put in the correct one. It is as if Samsung wants to make its computer site deliberately difficult to ward off repair requests. I will have to call them and see if I can get any results. I had also purchased a 10 inch tablet for my fiancée. Her tablet worked well for about 6 months and then it would not let her get into Wi-Fi and therefore she had no internet access. She had to call them and after much discourse and persistence finally agreed to have her mail the tablet back and they repaired it. Both of these tabs severely malfunctioned in less than one year. They have nice graphics etc. but what good are they if they malfunction in less than a year and getting assistance from Samsung is so difficult.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, malfunctioning wi-fi, battery dies in less than a year
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for the kids

I bought this for the kids to play around on. Its slow, has limited ram, and the screen isn't that clear. The kids like it for youtube and games. I will say that its extremely durable, surviving a 7 foot fall from the top of the steps to the hardwood floor. I dont mean that it hit every step. It was dropped over the railing. HAHA nice try kiddo.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, weak wifi signal
