The Harmony Remote line is great this particular one controls up to 8 different devices and really works well. The online setup is very easy and they give you step by step instructions. This remote works on all of my devices so it is the only remote next to the couch.

Affordable all in one remote

I use a ps4, Xbox one, directv dvr, tv, and receiver. Unfortunately this will not power on the PS4. I haven't tried the Xbox one yet. It does work great though for watching TV. With 1 button press it will turn on the tv, dvr, and receiver and set it to the right input.

Best Universal Out There

The remote is great. My wife can't live without it. The best thing though is Logitech now has a function where you can import settings from your old remote to your new so the set up was easier than I ever expected. Download the software, login, plug in and it sees the new remote and asked you if you wish to copy over the settings. The battery on this being a removable rechargeable is a plus as well. One less thing to be plugged into the wall. Would like it to have a status of the battery charge on the remote but had it for over a month and it has not run out of the charge.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the learning curve was much longer than I expected. Set up was relatively seamless, but how to go from one function to another takes trial and error. We vowed to keep the other 4 remotes in a drawer and stick with learning this one. Once learned, it's a dream! Other downside is that their web page is your only other resource. I couldn't find a phone number for them at all.
