I like the remote. It seems to function properly most of the time. My only issue is that sometimes the connection won't be accurate. An example would be, turning on my sound system but it wouldn't be on the right input. I'm not sure if there's a learning component within the remote but usually just minor issues. I have received compliments on how nice the remote is.

Good multicomponent remote

Harmony remotes are good if you have multiple components. Programming is done on your computer, so it is relatively simple and fast. I prefer the Harmony One, but this remote is suitable for many home entertainment systems.

I've owned numerous logitech universal remotes in the past. My favorite universal remote is the logitech harmony one. I personally wish I could find a new model of the harmony one cause it was my favorite. The logitech 700 is a great universal remote. Logitech has better models but for the price I paid during the holiday sales(50$)I got a great bargain

Half the time the software wouldn't recognize when the remote was plugged in (with the cable provided), and the sync process would rarely get past 99%, although all the changes that I made were still recognized by the remote. The remote works fine after installation. I would only recommend this remote with the black Friday deal of $49.99 or below.

It works almost most of the time

The remote, when aligned with all devices, is great. However, it is only aligned to all devices about half of the time. I have all new samsung devices , except for DTV genie and it turns on everything except the soundbar most of the time. You have to hit help on the remote to get everything on most of the time. The help function works, but why cant the remote just recognize whether the device is on or not??\
It also has not smart tv functionality that I know of, so if you have a new samsung tv, there is no means of controlling the pointer or smart hub feature
