A good high quality universal remote,...so far (1 month). Seems to have a lag in response when pushing the buttons for tv. Lag is even greater for Roku. The Activities setup is not always reliable. Best to just manually go through the steps. Setup can get complicated.

This remote came highly recommended from the company that installed my full home audio system (TV, 2-zone receiver, Apple TV, U-Verse, Blu-ray DVD, etc). Main features that make it better than others are: Computer app for programming, light up buttons, screen for commands that dont have a button, and I found a way to program other remotes under a different remotes name (I can turn down the TV volume when I am in DVD mode)

I'm not sure yet if the problems i'm experiencing are due to my devices or the remote, but I do experience regular issues with remote connecting with the devices. The help menu is great because it does resolve the issues, but it is very annoying having to use the help regularly. I'm going to try a different higher model. Once I know more about the issues, I will update the review. For now i'm not 100% satisfied.
