Great remote, although confusing for novice

I think this remote is perfect to control my TV, Directv, and receiver. For some reason the wife and kids only know the volume up/down and channels. If one component turns off after 4 hours idle they are calling me for help. We have had remote for a year and still dealing a bit with learning curve with them.

Great remote! Super easy to set up and use. Only complaint is one of the 2 we bought sometimes says battery needs charged when it doesn't. We just pop the battery out and put it right back and it's fine.

i bought this because i was tired of using three different remotes to control my Samsung TV, Soundbar and DirecTV box.. even though the DirecTV remote will turn the TV on and off it does not control the volume of my Samsung Soundbar which got annoying. that's where this remote saved it.. was a little tricky to program since the software could be better but once i got it programmed i'm able to do everything with it... even control the FireTV Stick... the battery life is pretty good. i maybe have to charge once every 3 weeks with a lot of usage.. nice display also.

Remote setup was not too difficult and synced with all my devices. Biggest drawback is the batteries. They didn't like charging and when changing them out or if they completely died, the remote goes through the first start up menu everytime. That part is very annoying.

Easy to set up, misses the 4-5 star mark because it sometimes will leave a device on or off and their sync software is not too smooth either. If you load the software on another computer it will recognize the device but still says you have to create a new account accounted the settings have to be re-done.
