Its great. I am able to control everything in my living room.
Although i didn't find the setup very hard any non tecky will probably find it difficult

Nice easy to use remote. I had the geek squad set up the features and they did a great job.

Surprise by ease of set-up

I was hesitant to use a universal remote. I read how complicated it was to set-up. This was very easy. Walked through a few steps on the Logitech app and it was done. May be more complicated if you want to set-up a bunch of 1 button activities, but basic functions were done in minutes.
The best feature for me is the ability to change which remote to use from the viewing window. Example, when I was streaming a movie through my DVD player, I could choose to switch to the DVD remote and have full functionality.

I have been a Harmony user for some time...I have even used this model before. The remote does not work well. It often requires several button pushes, especially with the Directv DVR. During setup, many buttons were not programmed automatically. The remote needed several retrainings...drastically different than any other Harmony remote I have ever had. I have had 8 other Harmony remotes...by far the worst.

I'm not tech savvy but this was easy to set up after I had all my info. I wish the keys were easier to learn but so far I'm very happy with it. The only issue so far is my PS3 doesn't work with out an adapter. That's another $25 but it does work with everything else. It even controls my HDMI splitter. The computer program is very user friendly.
