Good control if programed properly

I hired Geek Squad to program this unit in my home. Big mistake. They did not advise me that with my new Smart TV I would get better and faster service watching movies, ie Netflix thru the TV direct so they programed the remote to go thru my Sony Blue Ray resulting in slower download and inferior picture quality. They want another $99.00 to re-program!

Easy to set up and great to combine all electronics into one remote. Only issue is the device button tends to turn off my sound bar if it's not used for a period of time, but leaves everything else on. Then you have to backtrack to turn everything on or everything off.
