Amazing product. I only have 3 components in the living room that I bought this for and I LOVE IT! Easy setup and it has EVERY FUNCTION of the original remotes. I have always wanted a Harmony, for about 10 years now. I used to have a complicated DVD surround sound system and I figured there were too many awkward buttons that a "universal" wouldn't be able to keep up. Boy do I wish I would have bought one all those years ago bc it is amazing.
I have many different seats in my living room and frequently change. I was always having to grab 3 remotes or I'd just take one bc I wasn't using one, then I'd change viewing option and have to get up, hunt down the other remote and BLAH! Not anymore.
The amazing Black Friday price made me finally try it and after 2 days of using it I loved it so much I spent twice as much on a Harmony Touch for my living room and put this in my media room where it replaced 4 remotes!
The deal was so good I bought several to give as gifts.

Charger does not work

If it were not for the fact that the charging unit does not work, this would be a 4* product. However, the charger does not work properly. It still seems to be possible to still charge the unit but an error message is displayed when you check the status of the charging sequence. This problem has been well documented on the internet. I should have paid attention to that. Unfortunately for me, I can't return it now. Logitech had not acknowledged the flaw with this product and does not seem to care about it. If you must buy a Harmony remote, get one with replaceable batteries. I definitely do NOT recommend the 700.

Didn't work out of box. Wouldn't remain charged. Website was a disaster trying to get it to "sync" the unit, kept freezing up and rebooted about ten times. The most I could get it to do was turn the TV set on once. Couldn't get it to even turn it off. Waste of time and money, it's going back to Best Buy tomorrow. Must be just me after looking at all the positive reviews, dunno.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Everything it says it can do.
