WAY too complicated setup

I should not have to call their tech support for codes for devices. Still does not control devices properly. The codes for my surround/blu-ray system also work for my Seagate Theatre+ system. Not cool.
What's great about it: One remote instead of 17
What's not so great: Pretty much everything. Get the Harmony 1

Never works good, you can program this device many times, and when you get tired to do it, still making errors. I will not recomend this item.

Great Remote, but have Geek Squad set up

I love my new remote, but the set up is very detailed and I would recommend paying the Geek Squad to set it up. They did mine and it works great! Runs everything including xbox, wii, and even Apple TV.
What's great about it: Runs everything!

Works well but has limitations

While this unit is easy to set up, I had issues with the set up of watching a movie since the Sony DVD player switched the TV HDMI input automaticly when the DVD player is turned on. Even with the proper HDMI connections programmed into the remote they would not go to the proper input and then would not return to the proper input when returning to watching TV. Luckily the help desk was able to resolve the problem without to much trouble. The only other comment is about the remote not turning on all the devices when the watch TV or all Device Off buttons are pushed. The help available to manually turn on/off individual devices works well but takes extra time to use. You also have to watch where the remote is when another remote is used to turn on/off the systems. This issue leaves the remote thinking that the devices are on/off when they are off/on.
What's great about it: ease of programming the remote
What's not so great: does not always turn on all devices
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had several Logitech universal remotes over the years and they have all been very good. The only reason that I had to purchase a new one was because my two new puppies decided my current Logitech was some sort of chew toy.
