I love the activity buttons so one touch sets up my system for whatever I want to do. I only have 5 components, so it does what I need. I like controlling it with the computer software. I just wish you could rearrange the order of your activities on the remote once they are set up. If I'd known I would have done the least used first.
I don't understand reviews I've read on-line where people are upset because it doesn't do all that the Harmony One does. I'm assuming that's why it's $100 cheaper. I'm glad they make a more affordable choice for people who had trouble with the concept of remotes costing hundreds of dollars....but I wouldn't give it up now.
What's great about it: I love the one touch activity buttons and computer set up.
What's not so great: Nothing so far...
I would recommend this to a friend!

The rechargeable battery feature and the automatic on/off when you pick it up are a couple of favorites that i didn't have on my previous Harmony remote. for the price and functionality this purchase was a no-brainer for me.
What's great about it: All of my settings from a previous harmony transfered easily online, love the recharge feature.
What's not so great: Some of the buttons feel kind of cheap and wobbly so durability down the line is a concern.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've had it in use for close to 2 months now. Brease to set up and use. It removed a pile of remotes. I just wish it would do RF as well. You need to point it directly at the equipment for a few seconds to make sure every thing gets the signal.
What's great about it: Easy set up, low cost
What's not so great: IR only, no RF

I replaced four remotes with just this one. The online computer set-up for this remote offered a very comprehensive set of devices on which it could be used. Once I entered my devices that I wanted to control the online program led me logically and easily through the set-up for my TV, home theater, and gaming systems. I made one mistake in setting it up but the help button on the remote helped me to locate the mistake I had made.
My wife is very happy, even considering the $120 expenditure for this remote, because she can now use just one remote and doesn't have to call me to find out how to watch a movie on our TV.
I gave the remote a 3 on durability because I have not had it long enough to be able to rate this aspect of the remote.
What's great about it: Easy to set up and it works!
What's not so great: A bit expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Conrols all functions of my TV, Cable Box, and Blue-Ray, and could easily handle some more devices. I like the tilt-sensor-activated backlighting, and the "Help" button is really quite useful for when the remote get's out of sync with the equipment (i.e. someone manually turns the power to something on/off which would cause the remote to incorrectly remember the "state" of the equipment). Price is reasonable enough that the average houshold should be able to afford one of these -- it's worth the extra $70 or so to have a truly easy to customize remote that will run even the most obscure functions of your A-V equipment
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this from bestbuy off the open box discount table for $60.00, Some of the devices I use do not have all the useful buttons. I have a 42" sylvania, old Kenwood vr1060 receiver and an Xbox 360 and functionality is almost flawless! I do not have my original Kenwood remote so I can not set up many of the features but no big deal... This thing will not charge when plugged in to any USB port... front of xbox, side of TV or computer. But the plug type is shared by many of my other devices I can almost charge it in any room in the house! All my favorite channels are set up with the logo pictures from their websites... that's awesome! I control my ceiling fan and a lamp with this thing too!
What's great about it: It is what it is!
What's not so great: Does not charge while pluged into a USB port?

I finally got around to purchasing this remote when I would be missing at least 2 of my 4 remotes to my kids, and always at the wrong time. My experience with universal remotes in the past were cumbersome and annoying, but the Logitech is different. With the bundled software you can be up and running your devices in almost no time. As for compatibility with the many options each of your dedicated remotes has, the Logitech does a great job of doing all or at least all of the most important options you would expect from your remote.
Once again a winner form Logitech and definite must for any household with more than 2 remotes.
Remotes Replaced:
LG TV
Technics Receiver
TOSHIBA DVD
Apple TV
What's great about it: Easy to configure with software and it feels and works great.
What's not so great: The software is almost too easy, meaning those who want to really customize will find some roadblocks
I would recommend this to a friend!
