Best Remote Ever

I managed to add all my devices to the remote myself but needed to call the "help line" to get the one button features to work. Phone call took about 20 minutes, the tech was savvy. Worked first time. One button for watching TV, turns on all devices needed; One button for movies ,..etc One button for music....Fantastic! Best Remote Control I have ever owned.
What's great about it: So easy to use. Great Tech support.
What's not so great: A little complicated to set up. Had to return my initial device for a new one. The slot for the recharge cord was broken
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this item to replace a very old Logitech remote that I gave away. I have an old Denon receiver and was worried it might not work with the new remote, but it does so perfectly. Have it setup for controlling my Sony XBR 55inch tv, cable box, Denon receiver and Sony CD player. Works like a charm. The only part I don't like is having to log into the Logitech website to do all the updates, but that's just me being lazy.
What's great about it: East to set up, easy to use, works with older equipment
I would recommend this to a friend!

The remote does everything it is supposed to do. I love it. However, I have to by new batteries now because the ones that came with the remote won't charge.
What's great about it: It controls everything I use it for.
What's not so great: The battery life is horrible. I'm constantly having to recharge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I replaced my 800 with this unit. I really like the buttons that have a tactile feel in the dark. Great product.

What's not so great: Price could be a little lower. Watch for sales.

Bought one of these yesterday. Oh yes, I am old. I mean old! I attached it to my laptop and set everything up in about 30 minutes. Blueray, Dennon, Set Top box with DVR, TV, Tuner, CD and favorite channels.
For the first time EVERYTHING in on one remote, the battries are out of the ones I was using and stored! All in about 30 minutes.
I am impressed! And it was on sale!
What's great about it: Easy Setup
What's not so great: I don't know
I would recommend this to a friend!

This remote replaced my Pioneer receiver, Samsung Bluray and TV, Xbox and Directv box remotes. It has a lighted display so you can see it. Be prepared to help it learn, but it is a whole lot easier a learning curve than most devices. After a few days of playing with it, it is all good.
What's great about it: Xbox, TV, Blu Ra,y Receiver, learns them all. and has great detail in learning the keys.
What's not so great: The remote must learn your devices, slight learning curve.
I would recommend this to a friend!
