Flexible, loaded with features, it works!

Yeah….All Android phone are created equal? Well, on the surface, yes.
I switched from 4 years with Blackberry in 2013 to Android and the experience was miserable. The phone constantly rebooted, ran out of power for no reason, died after 1 month, was replaced with an upgraded version of the same model and then random rebooting continued at will and ultimately that second phone died.
So…I tried Samsung after reading numerous reviews, plus experience that my family already had and I could not be happier. Not only is the battery life excellent, but the features such as the phone rings louder when it is in my pocket as well as the phone stays on as long as I am looking at it are seriously excellent features. It has not rebooted, nor run out of power no matter what I have loaded as an app nor what apps I am using. The S-4 Active seems rugged as it is, but better protected in a case and with screen protection as well. It uses micro SIM and SD Memory cards, again serious features when upgrading.
I am expecting that this phone will last a good 4 to 5 years if well taken care of – something I always do.
I would recommend the S4 Active or S5 Active (larger) to anyone looking to upgrade or obtaining Android for the first time.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I had a iPhone 4 for 4 yrs and was happy on and off with it. When the 5 came out wasn't much of a difference. I ask friends and Co workers about their samsung galaxy. .of course they love it. I did my research and just having a decent size screen was enough to sale to me. I'm very happy wasn't hard at all learning. I'm so happy that I got a Samsung tab pro 10.1. Thank you Samsung

Cons: sorry can't fine anything bad to say.

I got this phone for my husband because of the ruggedness of it, he is a tough guy!! Well, the special features (aqua mode, shock resistant, and dust resistant) are not covered under warranty! If you take a pic underwater like we did and the water seal fails you are out of luck, not covered!! Why advertise and put in the directions to use the phone underwater and not cover it in the manufacturers warranty? READ the limited warranty before purchasing and using this phone the way it is suppose to be used!!!

Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing BUT Samsung

I have never been able to bring myself to get a cellphone from any other company than samsung ever since I made that mistake for the first and last time. I have hardly, if ever, had any "major" problems with any of my Samsung phones; but whenever I have, there has NEVER been a problem resolving it quickly and always with the highest satisfaction.
When I feel a company, and their products, have proven to be consistent in performance and service, I am a loyal customer for life.
SAMSUNG has become one of those companies; this phone has been no different.

I bought this camera thinking it would be a good camera, but in the back of my mind I figured it would be like all the other samsung phones I have had. They work a month or two, then begin to screw up. This one was different, it screwed up the first week. The camera began to not focus properly and I began to notice blue spots in all of my pictures. They are not sun spots or something on the lens, they are in the lens and have progressively gotten worse. I contacted tech support and they told me to wipe off the lens, then they suggest I clear my cache for the camera, and if those don't work, just reset my phone. Do they hire people who have a clue about phones and cameras, or just the first idiot that walks in off of the street looking for a job? If they don't fix it, I can assure them I will never buy another samsung product and will dicourage everyone I know from buying their products as well.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, customer service is horrible, camera isn't worth it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greatest phone ever.

I love this phone. I am handicapped and it is great to me. You can do so many things with it. It is everything anyone could want in a phone. You can change the size of the script and it's size makes it easy to hold and see. I don't have to worry about dropping it or getting it wet or getting dusty. I bought a great case for it. I like it even better than I expected. I am very happy with my choice.
