VERY Disappointed

When I bought the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, I was told that it was practically destruction proof! Ha, that was a joke...within 3 months of getting it it fell out of my handbag and the screen shattered into a million pieces. However, I got another one, which I have now realized was a BIG mistake. I had someone bump into me, causing me to drop it and guess what? This one shattered too!!! I can't wait until June 1st when I can upgrade because I'm going back to the iPhone!
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations

I got this to replace my I phone BIG MISTAKE. The battery is worthless. It will make calls every thing else forget about it. I can not wait till I can get rid of this. My husband Loves his Galaxy but to each his or hers own.

is not water proof and has poor built quality

The phone is made somewhat cheap, I cracked the screen within 3 months because it was stepped on near the corner by a person weighing 100 pounds or less, the headphone jack no longer works because the water went in it and the speaker messes up in phone calls. Do not get this phone!!!! Worse mistake ever!!!!!

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, cheap screen, over heats, bad battery, poor microphone, cheaply made, false advertising, not waterproof, it's a samsung

This phone had a lot of hype that it did not live up to. For one while it says it has a good screen it is only gorilla glass 2 while the regular s4 has gorilla glass 3 which according to their website is 3 times stronger then gorilla glass 2, why would a company build a phone with great resistance then put a inferior screen on it. :Liquid damage is not covered in thew warranty unless you are in aqua mode and in less than 1 meter of water for less than 30 minutes, and it took me forever to figure event that much out. the back camera is only 8 mp while the s4 has a 13 mp camera, why can we not have a nice camera as well? This product has a lot of hype without delivering and there are basically no cases to go with it. I would recommend the s4 over the s4 active and would switch if I could.

I really want a water proof phone, i'm very active, so this phone has the idea, but does not perform well.
Battery life is terrible!
Charging is not easy as other telephones.

I was told the active was one of the strongest phones made nearly unbreakable and water proof.
Had it for 18 months. needed repair November 2014 less than a year old. would not charge screen was replaced and the LCD because of water damage. Now in June 2015 it has extensive water damage from dropping it 3 ft into 6 inches of water. Warranty gone whole phone needs to be rebuilt, water between glass and LCD motherboard fried. Not cracked up to all the hype about the active. Definitely not waterproof. now showing S6 in commercials with mustard and water being dumped on it and dropping it down stairs. Wont find out how good warranty is until you try to claim something on it.

This phone was the worst! It froze all the time, was very slow and battery did not last long. I would recamend the S6 and S7 but not this one!

Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations, Not high def, Poor quality, overheats, slow, tuns off on it's on for no reason, volume keys too sensitive, fragile screen, low quality camera, don't buy
