The plot itself isn't anything incredible - it simply fills in the holes of "Wolverine" - most fans of the X-Men movies will appreciate this movie and the added knowledge it gives them of the character, but will not love it. The acting is pretty well done, and the filming was done very well - surround on this film was very well done and watching in Blu-Ray leaves you immersed in the action, marveling at the clarity of the picture. It's worth watching at least a few times. Watch it with the expectation of enjoying a movie that you will never add to your top-10 list, and you won't be disappointed.

Okay, this movie reminded me of X men 3. Which once again every character dies off. Doesn't follow the comics one bit. It's just a lame movie. I mean I guess it's cool if they didn't have X men in the title and renamed it. But it was a cheesy movie.
What's great about it: Nothing its a waste of your time. The good thing is wolverine
What's not so great: Hopefully theres no more movies

By definition, the Origins movie should have tied Wolverine into how he joined X-men. This movie absolutely failed at its basic premise. It showed Wolverine getting into a couple of fights, but with little to interaction with any of the X-men. Plus, they showed Charles Xavier at the end leading the escapees away. This would have been a perfect time for Wolverine and Xavier to meet up, but the film fumbled that chance as well. Shameful.

ya ya. great. these are the features we come to expect from a DVD. but the movie just sort of fizzles out. like a bad sidekick spinoff of a good charecter. the CGI is lacking....

I was a little too pumped when I saw this movie (like I was when I saw Ghost Rider) and had higher expectations than what the movie delivered. The beginning was alright and did not disappoint, Wolverine was supposed to fall in love with Lady Deathstrike not a nobody, but alright I'll let it slide. Deadpool....the most disappointing part of the movie. Ryan Reynolds was perfect for the role, and did nothing to upset me...what upset me is that I know the powers Deadpool is supposed to have and being Baraka from Mortal Kombat and having Cyclops' powers are not part of it. They should have just created the original Deadpool and gave him his suit and had him fight with his swords, would have been a million times better no exaggeration. It was a must for Gambit to be in the movie, since he wasn't in any other x-men movies, which had upset me. Sabertooth was incredible and he saved the movie, because he was much better than the Sabertooth from the original x-men movie. Last Hugh Jackman is of course the perfect actor to play wolverine and he also did not disappoint. There were some good action scenes and they told his story well.
What's great about it: Some action scenes, some of the story was comic book accurate, saber tooth, gambit
What's not so great: Deadpool....Ryan Reynolds was great tho
