This little speaker system is wonderful. I just plugged in my Iphone and had INSTANT ACDC coming thru the speakers. Easy to set up I'm a women BTW.
The sound quality was excellent, the LOUDNESS was close to deafening........awesome set If you can't find or afford those BIG 1979 speakers that made your ears hum after a good Rocking with your old vinyl.
Excelent buy! Thanks to the freind that hooked me up.
What's great about it: easy of use, SOUND quality
What's not so great: at top volume they do kinda lose the sharpness. But hey for the price excellent value
I would recommend this to a friend!

WOW! This +Ipod + dock +HDTV= great po man hifi

I was gonna spend the $299 on a BOSE dock, but with an IPHONE 4 it with a case it was just a clumsy setup that wouldn't charge my phone, and the sound was decent but not $299 decent. (Bose is a bit of hype IMHO)
Just bought this setup to create a compact 2CH home stereo out of IPOD Universal dock for my iphone 4 OR my IPOD with remote, an Xbox 360 + a Toshiba 32" HDTV (college student setup) and I'll tell ya it plays well.
These speakers have a nice deep full sound with no coloration, plays loud enough to worry about the neighbors and has excellent bottom end.
Two sets of 3.5MM inputs to be used with IPOD dock and one pair of RCA to 3.5MM cables with Dual female RCA adapters and that goes to XBOX for movie viewing.
Now I have my poor man's home entertainment center.
Simply blows away the BOSE Idock, even the $500 setup.

Super awesome Bass and worth every penny paid. Klipsch has done a great job with these speakers. High, Mids and low all come perfect.. Kudos..

These speakers just sound amazing. I tried it at the store using my iPod, and it just outshines all the other brands on the shelf. Of course Bose has very good sound quality as well. But this set is only half of the price, and gives powerful bass. Definitely recommended!

What's not so great: The bass unit is very heavy.

Better than Bose

Hands down are better than my Bose sound system. I have a pair of Bose for my entertainment center and didn't want to pay a high value for computer speakers. Went the extra mile and purchased these. I was truly impressed with the bass and sound quality. They are great for streaming television and gaming. The one major flaw I found was there is no way to turn these off. (read below) The second is that the front of the speaker can easily be taken off. The netting isn't screwed in at all. You won't notice this unless you play with it.
NOTE! I went straight to the manufacture and told them that the Best Buy display had an off switch in the back of the sub. Mine did not. It would appear the newer models are never meant to turn off. They use very low watts (1 watt) when the computer is turned off. NEVER unplug these speakers if you want to turn it off. You risk blowing the speaker or shorting it. For the sound quality and affordability I could compromise with the lack of user-friendly functions.
What's great about it: Sound quality
What's not so great: Can't turn it off.

Excellent set up

These replaced a set of Bose speakers. Excellent choice I made. They are connected to my apple iMac desktop. I hardly ever use my home theater surround sound anymore. You can't go wrong with klipsch. I will never go Bose again!!!!

Great Sound

This item was a bit over my price range but after buying some Sony speakers for about 60 bucks and returning them withing 10 min i decided to purchase these based on reviews. I love the sound, well the sub woofer is awesome. If they ever go bad i would not hesitate to buy another pair.
What's great about it: Sound Quality, Subwoofer has its on adjusting knob so shake the whole room or not.
What's not so great: Power light stays on, no way to turn it off. Other than that i have no complains.
I would recommend this to a friend!

With tax I spent about $165 and this is the best sounding system I've ever heard on ANY computer!!! Believe the reviews when it says it shakes the room. The system actually was way better then I could of hoped for. Extremely happy with this buy. Now I have a set up that bumps!!!
What's great about it: Overall sound. Price. Value.
What's not so great: My Shih Tzu doesn't like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
