Yeah, there are more expensive systems out there, but these speakers produce incredible sound for the price. I am glad I finally spent the money and only wish that I had bought them years ago!

Best sounding 2.1 Best Buy offers

I received this 2.1 set for Christmas, and these sound awesome.
I really can't tell you how great these sound, but in order to get the most out of these, you have to have a great sound card. My laptop has an HD sound card so these sound great.
The clarity from the satellite speakers is amazing, they look like something you would see in a music studio, and the sub is a great size, and it sounds deep, and punchy.
I just wish that the sub could hit lower notes at louder volumes without bottoming out as much in music. But, any audiophile knows that Klipsch is and will ALWAYS be better for movies than music, the way they manufacture their speakers is for clarity and accuracy.
I tested these THEN the Bose, and the Bose and NOTHING on these speakers. The only thing Bose was better at was the presentation set-up in Best Buy. The sub sounded weak, and the satellites sounded powerless and they were not worth the price at all.
Get these, you will not regret it.
What's great about it: The looks of the set, sound, THX Ceritfied
What's not so great: Sub bottoms out a little fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a Klipsch fan for years, and own a pair of Forte II's. The ProMedia 2.1 did not disappoint me in the least. Given their very small size, the dynamic range that these speakers produce is incredible.
My only wish is if you could turn off the sub-woofer from the desk speaker.
What's great about it: Great sound quality
What's not so great: Needs a remote
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall, these speakers are great! The sound is crisp and clear! Ive read so reviews that they burn up fast! Well, that's why I paid the extra for the warranty! If you hear these speakers in person, you will know they get LOUD! The back of the sub does get a little warm, but there's a lot of power cranking threw these speakers! Good luck on your choosing! If your picky about your sound get these!
What's great about it: THX, 200 watts, Klipsch is quality
What's not so great: Back power cord is touchy, High static, On/Off switch on subwoofer
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Sound!

I picked this up to replace a Bose Companion 3 system with a dead subwoofer. The sub died @ 9 months. I use it with my computer, Zune and Ipod. Plugs directly into the 3.5mm speaker jack. The sound is excellent!
What's great about it: You can hear the "true" sound.
What's not so great: Nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

well I knew i wanted some good speakers for my iPod, computer, and tv. This is perfect for what i need it for, i didn't wanna put a 5.1 system in my room, so i got these they fill the room and... well when in turn them up can hear them upstairs... absolutely hands down the best sound for the size, words don't let you experience it, just go compare the weight of all the boxes.... cause this one is pretty heavy and thats a good thing. And i got the 2 year replacement plan so if i ever get to crazy i can always go get some new ones. :)
What's great about it: unmatched sound quality, love the design simple yet eligant.
What's not so great: nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing quality. I am a Bose man, and usually buy their products for phenominal, unbeatable quality and sound, but broke down and bought Klipsch and gave it a chance because I couldn't see spending so much for computer speakers. The have incredible sound and are easy to use. Some minor sound card/ tweeking may be needed to get the bass going loud, but I am happy with the plug and play levels.
What's great about it: Price (compared to Bose), Sound, quality, fantastic!
What's not so great: The knobs for volume adjustment and bass are a little wierdly constructed and always look crooked to me, but not a big d
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well worth the money, wasn't impressed with them in the store,(bad display setup), almost bought the Bose, glad I didn't. Got them home and hooked them up; WOW!!!!!!!!! The sound is unbelievable, they live up to Klipsch's name and reputation. Would reccomend to anyone and everyone.
What's great about it: Everything, Klipsch did not let me down
What's not so great: Power switch on back of subwoofer
I would recommend this to a friend!
