I bought these 2.1 system for $139.99 and I threw in an extra $14.00 for 2 years replacement for a piece of mind.

SQ wise, it is very nice for a 2.1 H/T in a bedroom. Dialogue is clear and it gets some decent low end. Perfect for apartment dweller or a 2.1 desk top system.

The new DIN plug on the back of the sub woofer now is designed with an downward L shape so it will stay firm and put for less chance getting damage when moving around.

What's not to like for $139.99 !

What's great about it: New DIN interface design.

What's not so great: Not for head banger type of listener.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Kick-butt computer speakers

Very good speakers! I use them on my computer, and often listen to my music through them rather than my stereo. When compared to Bose speakers, the Klipsch is louder, and the price is much less. I highly recommend these speakers.

Great sound from a desktop audio source

My last purchase for a sound system to be used with my desktop computer was a Bose system. I was very happy with that choice. I wanted to upgrade the speaker system for my home music studio. I looked for the same Bose system when I went to the store, but didn't see it. I saw the Klipsch system, and having had a good experience with other speaker products of theirs, I decided to give them a try. Suffice it to say, if I were looking again and had a choice between these two excellent sounding systems, I would now choose the Klipsch.

Excellent Speakers

I've always been a 5.1 surround sound speaker fan-boy so I was skeptical when a Best Buy employee recommended this to me to replace my recently broken set. This set more than compensates for not being legitimate "surround" sound. The bass just sounds so much fuller, I don't know how else to describe it. And the two speakers have very crisp, clear sound that just makes music and movies sound wonderful on my computer. I highly recommend this set.
