To find something better, you'll have to fork over a grand or more. If you check out any of the pc gamer mags, they all rate this the highest in the price range. Highly recomended

The klipsch system rocks! 135watt sub woofer and both speakers 35 watts each speaker they are awesome bass shake the house the max peak watts is 300watts.

Great computer speakers

For years I had Klipsch 5.1 computer speakers and loved them. Recently the sub woofer stopped working so it was time to get new speakers. Unfortunately Klipsch no longer makes the 5.1 set but they do have a 2.1 set so I went with them. Trust me, even though they are "only" a 2.1 speaker set you will love the sound. I have no complaints. The sound is wonderful and for a price under $140 the price is right.
