Great sound. They need an on/off switch, when they are not in use or the computer is off they randomly make a very lowed electronic pop that can be heard through out the house, so i unplug them from the computer and put them on a switch and use them when I want quality sound.

Replaced an agin 2 speaker setup desktop computer. Nice design and great performance from subwoofer. Only disappointment was thevlack of the puck controller for colume that also had 2 headphone inputs as part of the display. Headphone jacks now moved to speaker along with volume and subwoofer control. Nicecbass response. Overall an excelkent choice.

Great highs, and desk shaking bass.

Debated between these and the Audioengine A2, however hearing the A2 in person and noting the lack of bass, I bought these. They can and will go loud and shake the room, and I didn't even hear any distortion what do ever.

If you have the room for these on your desk and a bit of floor space for the sub, these are incredible.
