Great speakers

I was purchasing a new computer and while I was at it though let's check out some new speakers. Well the store didn't have any speakers hooked up to an audio source so they let me plug in my iPhone to listen to what I want and man as soon as I heard these I had to have them! Even drove 50 miles away on a snowy/rainy night to get them, because the store was out!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm not sure where to begin. The sound quality is amazing and the bass is ridiculously powerful without even breaking the 25% mark of it's maximum settings. I'm honestly terrified to turn it up any louder then that for fear my windows will start to crack.
Bottom line is if you want crisp clear sound and bass for music, gaming or movies this is the only set you'll need. I'd consider hooking it up to my television for a home theater.
What's great about it: Sound quality! Sound quality! Sound quality!
What's not so great: No remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I know this is another one of those "I never write reviews" but seriously I Never Ever write Reviews but had to on this one. I purchased the Bose Companion 5 a few weeks ago and thought they sounded ok but not $400 ok. After talking to one of the floor guys at BB and reading reviews I decide to purchase the Klipsch speakers.
WOW! WOW!
These speakers and Sub completely blow the $400 Bose out of the water. The sound is amazing and the Sub simply Rocks! You don't have to crank these speakers up to get what you want out of them. They Highs and Lows are simply remarkable for these speakers and price point.
I would recommend these to anyone and everyone I know if asked and will do so if not asked too. :)
What's great about it: Price is Awesome but Sound is simply Amazing for this price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had these speakers back in 2008. They survived many moves, but by the summer of 2010, the audio input jack shorted out (I had to bend the wire a special way for the sound to work), AND the left speaker burnt out :(
Seriously, despite knowing that the parts ware out, I am thinking about getting these speakers again because, for the money, NOTHING COMPARES. I currently have a Logitech surround system, but I only use the two front speakers and the woofer overpowers the music sometimes. Being that I cant afford a Bose system now, I am thinking about returning my current system and buying these again...they are THAT GREAT. The sound quality/balance is awesome and it gets SOOO LOUD :D
I will be sure to ask about an extended warranty through BB (longer that 1 year).
What's great about it: Great Sound
What's not so great: hardware wares out/ warrantly is short
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is one amazing buy. You will not be disappointed. Sound is amazing. Good size for desktop speakers (or even for your TV if you want). I'm glad I got these instead of paying much more for Bose speakers. Whether you like quiet but good sound or want to make your ears rattle but sound great at highest volume (can make extremely loud), this system will be amazing for anything.
What's great about it: Sound quality is superbalicious!! And yes it can get very loud.
What's not so great: It doesn't come with a free car.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought I should right a review for something after reading so many reviews on line....
Pros-For the money, these are pretty awesome speakers. I listen to a variety of music and these perform good for all types. The best thing I like is that their good sound shines through at low volumes, which is handy when the family is trying to sleep. They can produce an incredible amount of volume also. At loud volumes they sound really good too.
Cons-The subwoofer distorts if turned up too loud or on certain music. I actually returned my first set of these because the subwoofer ended up getting blown(I think-it sounded distorted even at low volumes). I took them back to best buy and they returned them for a brand new set with no issues. On my new set, I am just careful not to have the sub up too loud on certain music and have had no issues yet. Another con is their is no power on/off button. I leave mine on all the time and hope that is ok on them.
Overall though, for the price I don't think you could probably buy a better set of pc speakers and I would purchase again.
What's great about it: Very good sound
What's not so great: Bass distorts if turned up too loud
I would recommend this to a friend!
