Bought these for my father to replace some old logitechs. My father has hearing deficiencies and he says these cleared up his problems. I hope they are doing it thru quality and not just power.

Stopped working after 3 years

Sounded fantastic...while they lasted. Which was only about 3 years, then the satellite speakers stopped working. Issue appeared to be the amp that supplies them since hooking them into an external amp made them produce sound - though not very good. Figured I could replace the satellites and keep using the sub, but alas Klipsch uses a dumb input on the sub to make it incompatible with practically everything.

Can't turn off power or Bluetooth
on June 15, 2025

I will never purchase these units again and will push my friends away from these speakers. There are two main reasons for this. First off, there is no On/Off switch. You can never turn off these speakers. Also, as you can see in the product photo, there is an LED light between the volume and subwoofer knobs. This is a bright light in my room at night so I had to put tape over the light... I should not need to do this. Second, you can't disable or password protect the Bluetooth and people nearby have HIJACKED MY SPEAKERS. I'm relaxing in my room and the next thing I know someone is playing music or a show, over my PC speakers. If you don't believe me, search for ProMedia 2.1 how to disable Bluetooth. Or ProMedia 2.1 no off switch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this system for about 4 years and not once had a problem with it. PLENTY of volume for any average listener, and many people that enjoy music loud enough to shake your desk. Easy to balance with the satellites and sub. I recently moved and there has not been any hassle to get the system set up again. 10/10 would buy again, but I probly wont ever have to
I would recommend this to a friend!

Between the features and the crazy near field sound quality, these are my go-to's for computer setups. Being able to control the volume, and also the subwoofer from the left speak knobs makes these speakers so easy to use. Imagine you are listening to folk music and you have the woofer up high, and then you switch to hip-hop. You need to lower and raise the bass to make each one sound their best and these speakers make that so easy. I also love having a headphone jack on the left speaker, that mutes the speakers. So when I play games at night, it's so easy to plug in and go silent in the room Most importantly, these speakers sound great! No plastic sound like they look. They actually have near audiophile sound. Great for music in small room or at your PC.
