I did BBQ in my backyard and I hooked the 2.1 speakers to my laptop. I showed it off to my visitors.It was impressive with the active highs and the thunderous subwoofer.
Pros: Very loud and sub woofer is excellent. I used it

Not the same quality in 2020 as my first pair in 2011

I loved my first set of 2.1 THX and just bought a second pair in September and the quality and sound in my opinion has gone way down since my first set in 2011, which I still own.
Pros: Premium Sound Quality
Cons: speaker wires and 3.5mm jack are cheap

I just remodeled my office to have a sit-stand desk. I like my home entertainment Klipsch sound system and purchased this unit hoping for the same quality sound. And I am receiving it! I listen to alternative rock to country. All music sounds great coming through this system!!
Pros: Bass sound is smooth and Powerful, Low, middle, high tones are well define, The sound is high quality, Well design and looks fabulous!

This is a very nice sound system for just about anything. Office, Home. Studio. You name it, Great Sound. So when I was done using it, I went to turn it off and I can't find the on/off switch. I know I'm old but dang it Klipsch where did you put the power switch? I don't want the power on all the time and I don't want to pull the plug every time. My knees hurt. LOL
Pros: Sound and style
Cons: Power On/Off Button, Power cable length.

I have had these for a really long time and they last. They sound so incredibly good. I can't believe they are still so inexpensive for the quality you get.

I am so happy with this purchase, mind you,I just replaced my Bose computer speakers and there is absolutely no comparison. I definitely recommend them to anyone,don't hesitate, you will not regret it. Enjoy music the way is was meant to be heard,The Klipsch way,I know I am !

Love these speakers so much I bought them again! I bought the original ones a while back and they lasted perfectly to this day, although I did have to replace the control pod. To this day they still sound good, but they were showing their age after years of Everyday use. Bought the new ones and I am just as happy. Easy to set up and the sound is perfectly clear! Bass was also never an issue, it was deep and hit perfect. And for the size of the speakers they get really loud! Always loved klipsch and I'm Happy I bought these! The speakers are placed behind my monitor and the sound fills the room!
