This system is fantastic. I purchased it after a capacitor in one of my other 2.1 systems decided to stop functioning. I was really blown away by the clear, crisp sound that came from this relatively cheap system. It is definitely worth spending a little more on this system than on comparable logitech systems since the sound quality and reliability are far better. Klipsch is has "Bose" level sound quality (or maybe I should say Bose has Klipsch sound quality) but with this system Bose can't beat the price.
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Durable, Easy To Set Up, Good Audio

Best 2.1 Speaker Set out there!

All I can say is WOW! The sound quality is phenomenal for a 2.1 set. Every genre of music is perfect to my ears. Even at high volume the sound is quite undistorted, and there definitely is a LOT of headroom for much more sound. I'm using the set in a single dorm room and at 1/4 volume and greater the sound is overwhelmingly loud but so clean. The sub is lovely and works great, and will surely cause me to get noise violations in the near future. Definitely the best 2.1 speaker set I've ever heard.

Cons: Heavy / Bulky

I use these at my PC and for general listening in the living room. I love how they sound. What I odn't love is I'm now on my second set that after a few years of nearly nothing touching the cabling the connections in the cable that connects the sub to the satellite is going bad. Perhaps I didn't make that clear enough- I had a set of these, sounded amazing, cable connection and the volume pot both went bad after a couple years(I use a keyboard to control volume the built in volume pot went bad without ever even being used), so I bought a new set, which is now also bad. At first it's a minor annoyance, you jiggle the cord in the back of the sub and it starts working again, after a few years of this and multiple sets it's become more than an annoyance. I would fix it but they don't believe in standard connectors so my only option is to cut and splice the cable then solder it in, and I just don't feel like I should have to do that on a speaker set that has been well taken care of. Ignore the would/would not recommend part below, I DID recommend them to a friend and now I'm hoping he doesn't have the same issues I had.
Pros: Good Audio
Cons: Cables Pots Go Bad, Not Durable

You can't get a better sounding system for the money. I've been been through 3 systems now and this one is the best.

I use this for parties at my house, its loud, you feel the bass kick and they're tough enough to withstand a few drops. Audio quality is superb for watching movies/playing games.

These speakers have surpassed my expectation by far. I bought them to use at my desk with my laptop and they work perfectly for that, but they also fill the whole room with great high quality sound. I love to use them for music listening when I'm not at my desk and they work very well for that. These speakers will now be my primary source for anything audio. The sub and adjustment for it are great as well, it can really pack a punch. And unrivaled for the price.
