Great sounding system !

I bought this speakers on 15th July 2014 from online and i would say this 2.1 absolutely justifies its name .you just cant imagine how loud it can get unless u hear this . Firstly the speakers :the klipsch horn tweeter and the speakers does a fantastic job in producing the vocals and the treble with top notch clarity. The sub woofer:the bass it provides will shake your small to mid size room. not only it provides good bass for party music its provides great bass for slow songs also.Only think the bass jars sometimes at max levels The real beast are the satellites with so much amount of extra bass the speakers still maintains the same clarity and vocals the sub could have been better but at this price its OK.Seriously it can put some high priced hi fi system to shame.I and my friends have great memories of listening and partying with this system. As per setting is concerned I keep my source equalizer flat and the bass knob of the control pod to 9' 0 clock position. Its been 2 yrs now but i still think i haven't heard enough !

Cons: Bass a bit extra

Awesome for all Computer audio! The only thing is that I wish I could change the speaker wire. Output clips from sub but no input clips on speakers. Otherwise excellent over all! Only computer speakers I will ever buy. Will be ordering a second set soon.

I use this product in my room to listen to my music from my iPhone. I had a 5.1 Logitech system and this completely blows it away in bass and loudness. I'll accentuate the loud part, this thing is LOUD. you could definitely damage your hearing if you use it that loud in a small room, which I don't know why you'd want to. But it's definitely able to go loud enough for nearly any situation a person could need it to in their home or for like a barbecue. It has great sound quality, highs are clear and lows are definitely noticeable and have a good quality to them. I hope they make this system as long as they are in business, that is how much I love it, I'll never need to go with any different system, and if I did I'd definitely make it a klipsch after using this.

I had gotten a replacement DELL XPS with a sound card. I decided on these speakers. Could not be happier. I was a BOSE FAN, (BOX ONLY SOUND EXTRA)but a friend turned me on to Klipsch. I'm sold. Way worth the money.

I got my first pair of Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 about 8 years ago. I later accidentally blew out a small part inside the sub (which, according to the super friendly and helpful Tech Support) could be easily replaced, but I didn't have the money at the time as I was a poor college student.) I've been making do with a pair of [deleted adjective] Bose speakers...until yesterday. Yesterday I got my new Klipsch ProMedia THX 2.1 speakers. One word: eargasm It's like I've been wandering through a vast, deathly wasteland, void of any audio pleasure at all. It was sheer physical pleasure to stand in front of these new beauties and wrap myself in their delectable globe of crisp, clear, harmonious sound. Just absolutely, hands-down, the absolute best speakers you will ever own. Klipsch lover for life!

I purchased this because I wanted a bass port for my computer for listening to music. The bass sound is very tight which is what I like. I listened to several systems and my biggest complaint about them was the bass is too booming, this klipsch bass port is perfect!! It is also great for movies and games. My only complaint is the treble is slightly flatter than the Polk's I had been using.

I use these for everything on my pc. They fill the entire apartment with top quality sound. Can be very loud. I have these paired with my Creative Sound Blaster ZxR sound card and they are an amazing couple. I tested the speakers before I connected to the sound card and they were great with just onboard sound. Since coupled with the card, TREMENDOUS difference. They will SHAKE the room if I let them. : ) LOUD, CLEAN, GREAT BASS. Highly suggest to anyone in need of speakers.

I have been experimenting with these speakers with all sorts of media for about a month now and they have MANY pros, but are not flawless. The pros right off the bat is that THEY ARE LOUD. They sound pretty amazing too for its price. They beat any 2.1 in its price range easily. What the heck, they sound phenomenal actually. Its Klipsch. They perform great with all genres besides hip-hop, and any heavy bass music. With all the great reviews bragging about the sub-woofer, i thought this system was the one. But to be honest, the sub-woofer rattles at past 1/4 volume and the subwoofer knob at 10 o'clock (as the instruction manual recommends). They sound awesome at low volume. Besides this problem the mid-range drivers actually lack a bit of it. They have great highs and great lows (besides hip-hop ): ) but at high vloumes all you can really hear is the tweater and not much mid-range (I'm guessing Klipsch relied on the sub-woofer for this problem). Point is, the speakers are a bit "bright". What i really do love about these speakers is the nice clean crisp VERY CLEAR warm sound they bring to you. Which is why i gave it 4 stars and not 2 or 3. Yeahh it lacks the "thundering" bass at high volumes and a bit of mid-range, but you can not be mad at klipsch with the sound quality they bring. You can literally hear every detail on movies which is incredible. But overall, they were very easy to install, great big loud sound (as long as it doesnt have 20hz bass or lower). The only thing i would change on these speakers is to add more mid-range and i honestly believe these would probably be the best speakers ive ever heard, by far the best though ^___^ ... Oh ! and an off button (:
